About the Doctor
Dr. Erica Rodgers, D.C.
An Illinois native, Dr. Erica Rodgers, D.C., is thrilled to serve patients as chiropractic director at Chiro One Wellness Centers of South Barrington. She is passionate about treating patients of all ages—and particularly loves caring for her pediatric patients.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in psychology from Western Illinois University, Dr. Erica went onto pursue her doctorate of chiropractic. She graduated with her doctorate from National University of Health Sciences. During her time there, she was Motion Palpation Club and the Lambda Chi sorority. In addition to her standard chiropractic board certifications, Dr. Erica is also experienced in acupuncture and kinesiology taping.
Growing up, Dr. Erica was a passionate gymnast and cheerleader. While in high school, she severely injured her back. She tried physical therapy and pain medication, but nothing helped. It wasn’t until she was treated by another Chiro One doctor that she finally experience relief. This life-changing experience pushed Dr. Erica to change her career path from physical therapy to chiropractic medicine.
Dr. Erica’s favorite part of chiropractic is her ability to practice a holistic, preventative approach to healthcare. This whole body approach focuses on the root cause, allowing the body to heal itself. She’s grateful to be able to help patients restore their bodies’ optimal functionality, changing their lives for the better.
In her free time, Dr. Erica loves Orange Theory Fitness, yoga and playing with her two dogs. She also enjoys healthy cooking, movies and spending time with her fiancé and family.
My mission in practice is to be able to help as many people as I possibly can lead a healthy lifestyle free of pain and medication. I strive to empower my patients through education and setting a real-life example for them.
