- 2 cups unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen, chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender, starting with frozen fruit first. Cover and blend until desired smoothness. Want a thicker smoothie? Throw in a few ice cubes for added texture.
