Cucumber Boats with Spiced Yogurt – This appetizer is as fun to make as it is for kids to eat. Halve a cucumber lengthwise to build the boat. Scoop out the seeds with a melon baller. Mix plain yogurt, a dash of salt and cumin in a bowl and fill the boats. Stick in a decorated toothpick and a triangle of cucumber slices to build the sails. Presto!

Little Dippers – Your little ones will appreciate these little dippers. Cut an apple into bite-sized wedges. Stick in a toothpick, dip in nut butter and roll in peanuts. That’s it! You’ve got a healthy snack that you can whip up in a jiffy.

Ham Rollers – Get a bite of protein with these sliced apples, wrapped in nitrate-free ham and cheddar cheese. Easy as 1-2-3!
