- 1 cup raw nuts (almonds, cashews, whatever you like!)
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee
- 1 dash of salt and garlic powder
Combine all ingredients, mix and bake at 350 degrees on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 mins.
