Game-Day Buffalo Snacking Nuts The Big Game is almost here, and it’s time to celebrate—snack style! Recipe courtesy of our very own Holly Russell, Director of Patient Marketing for Chiro One, this high-fat buffalo snack substitute will make the perfect (semi-healthy!) indulgence on game day. And the best part? It’s super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw nuts (almonds, cashews, whatever you like!)
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 dash of salt and garlic powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix and bake at 350 degrees on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 mins.
