Chiro 101: Who Should You Talk to About Chiropractic Care? We’ve focused a lot this month on discussing how and why we should talk to others about chiropractic care, aka the nuts and bolts of chiro convo. However, you might’ve noticed one element missing… how can you tell WHO needs chiropractic care? Who should you be talking to? Is it just loved ones? Friends?

Today we’ve got some answers for you.

Who Needs Chiropractic Care?

If you’re a patient of chiropractic, you know more than anyone the benefits treatment can have, whether it’s relief from pain and discomfort, increasing overall health and wellness, or help managing a chronic condition. It all comes down to subluxation—a misalignment in the spine that detracts from your nervous system’s overall function and disrupts the communication between brain and body. Sadly, no one is immune to the development of a subluxation; all it takes is one of the three Ts:

  • Traumas (accidents, falls, even small things like staring down at your smartphone)
  • Toxins (preservatives in foods, air pollution, chemicals)
  • Thoughts (stress—the number one cause of subluxation)

To combat the effects of these unavoidable Ts and to keep the body functioning at its best, chiropractors use the all-natural chiropractic adjustment to gently eliminate subluxations in the spine, encouraging the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

So, easiest answer: If someone has a spine, they can benefit from chiropractic care.
