Hi, I’m Valerie Aldridge. I suffered from severe neck pain and headaches for months. It was so bad for a couple of weeks that I couldn’t move. I was unable to work or sleep. Medical doctors had me taking lots of medications but I was still in a lot of pain. Some friends who had success with chiropractics recommended that I try it. I looked for a place near my house and found Chiro One. Since starting care my neck pain is only occasional and when I do have it, it’s much less severe and usually resolves within a day. I no longer have horrible headaches. I wasn’t expecting the headaches to go away. With chiropractic care I’m back to my life before neck pain.
I’m now under care for maintenance, coming once a week. It works really well for me. As a vet my patients are not always cooperative. I’m on my feet a lot and I’m bending and contorting myself all day long, all the time. I keep coming to fix my subluxation. It’s obviously working because I’ve made so much progress with my neck and headaches. I’m so glad I don’t have to be on meds anymore. I know if I quit coming it would affect my life negatively. I imagine the symptoms would come back, but don’t I want test it!
