A Mt. Sterling Chiropractor originally hailing from the “Sunshine State” of Florida, Dr. Tamera Tolson, D.C. now proudly calls Montgomery County, KY home. She currently resides in Mt. Sterling and serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Mt. Sterling.
“I have always had a goal to serve people in my community; that also includes the surrounding communities to help prevent unwarranted surgical and/or invasive approaches. I’m so excited to bring home my knowledge of chiropractic along with health and wellness education,” states Tolson.
Dr. Tamera Tolson, D.C. attended Morehead State University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and she achieved her Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Tolson is certified in Graston Soft Tissue Technique and is also a certified Zumba instructor.
A Mt. Sterling Chiropractor, Tolson has participated in community events such as Boo Around Town, Relay for Life, Big Brothers/Big Sisters bowling tournament, Small Town America and other various workshops.
Tolson enjoys a variety of hobbies including basketball, Zumba, the outdoors, her dog Kota, helping people and spending time with her husband. She has been blessed to be a part of a mission trip to India where she was able to treat people that didn’t have the privilege of healthcare. She’s a former Lady Indian basketball player and looks forward to supporting and giving back to youth athletics in the coming years.
