Dr. Matthew Greenberg
Originally hailing from the windy city of Chicago, Dr. Matthew Greenberg is a Woodstock Chiropractor and is now proud to call Round Lake home. Dr. Matthew serves as Clinic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Woodstock. Dr. Matthew’s journey to become a Chiropractor began at age 15 when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer. His experience in surviving cancer made him realize that he wanted to be a doctor to save the lives of others.
He studied Kinesiology as a Pre-Med student because he was interested in discovering how the body works at its full potential. His studies then shifted from traditional medicine to exploring the benefits of exercise and diet in improving function. It was at this time he was introduced to the healing power of chiropractic when he worked in a chiropractic clinic and discovered the power of the chiropractic adjustment in removing subluxation and restoring health. At this point, Dr. Matthew discovered his purpose and knew that chiropractic was a way to save lives.
A Woodstock Chiropractor, it is Dr. Matthew’s mission to "support people in healing their body by improving every facet of their health." His vision is that our children will function optimally from birth and this will continue throughout their lives.
Earning his Bachelor of Science, (B.S.) in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Matthew later earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic, (D.C.), from National University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Matthew is certified in the Webster Technique from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family, especially his wife and three children.
