Amanda Moore, D.C.
A Plainfield Chiropractor hailing from a farm near Marshalltown, Iowa, Amanda Moore, D.C. currently lives in Lombard, IL and proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Plainfield. Moore believes, ‘the power that made the body heals the body,’ and she looks forward to sharing the healing power of Chiropractic with the Plainfield community.
Amanda Moore, D.C. earned a Bachelors of Art (B.A.) degree from University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa and she later achieved both a Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree with honors and a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
Moore enjoys a variety of hobbies in her spare time including reading, yoga, coffee, and running and she also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Amanda Moore, D.C.’s journey to become a Chiropractor was born from her own personal experience. Moore suffered debilitating migraines at a young age without any maintainable help and it wasn’t until she saw a Chiropractor after years of suffering that she got her life back. Moore is amazed at how much better her life is now that she is pain free and with how much she has been able to achieve now that she is healthy. It is Moore's personal mission to help families and individuals discover their full health potential and to help those in pain overcome their health challenges.
A humanitarian at heart, Moore volunteers regularly at Chiros Care Free Clinic that serves the homeless population of Chicago and she has also worked with Habitat for Humanity. Moore is passionate about giving back and helping others and she has participated in mission trips to both Morocco and the Dominican Republic where she touched lives and changed lives by providing Chiropractic care to villagers.
