Originally from Rudolph, Wis., Robert Sazama, D.C. is happy to call Chicago home. Sazama proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Centers of Oswego and although he initially aspired to be an athletic trainer, his direction changed when he discovered the healing power of chiropractic. After sustaining a basketball injury during his senior year of high school, Sazama suffered debilitating headaches. Chiropractic care resulted in relief of his migraines, which eventually disappeared. His life was forever changed. It’s our Oswego chiropractor’s goal to develop a dynamic and creative chiropractic practice and to increase the quality of life and wellness of the Oswego community and surrounding areas.
Sazama earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He later earned his doctorate of chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Sazama is a certified Chiropractic Extremity Practioner (CCEP) who has received numerous academic awards for his study of radiology.
Sazama is a sports enthusiast and enjoys softball, basketball, mountain biking, reading and traveling. He is also an avid Chicago Sports fan and loves the Cubs! Sazama’s charitable endeavors include a trip to a clinic abroad in Salvador, Brazil where he provided care to those in need.
Sazama’s favorite quote is by Lou Holtz who said, “If what you did yesterday seems big then you haven’t done anything today.”
