Dr. Stephen Holcomb, D.C.
A Northbrook Chiropractor, Dr. Stephen Holcomb, D.C. is originally from Davenport, Iowa, and currently resides in Wheeling, IL. Holcomb proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Northbrook and he looks forward to sharing the healing power of chiropractic with the Northbrook community.
Dr. Stephen Holcomb, D.C. pursued undergraduate studies at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL where he earned his Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) Degree with concentrations in Business Management and Finance. He later received his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
Holcomb is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Illinois Prairie State Chiropractic Association. A Northbrook Chiropractor, Holcomb is trained in Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Toggle, Atlas Orthogonal, SOT, Pettibon and Webster techniques as well as the Activator method. He is also currently certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and in Basic Life Support.
Holcomb became a Chiropractor to help people live healthier lives without the use of drugs or surgery and he lives by the credo, “We don’t stop playing because we grow old; We grow old because we stop playing,” quoting George Bernard Shaw.
Holcomb enjoys biking and golfing and also spending time with family and his two rescue dogs, Ray and Sophie.
A humanitarian at heart, Holcomb’s charitable efforts include volunteering at a Clinic abroad in Vietnam, Special Olympics Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the Palmer community outreach clinic in Davenport, IA.
