Dr. Ben Duke, D.C.
Raised in Paducah, KY, Dr. Ben Duke, D.C. is a Mokena Chiropractor and is now proud to call Mokena home. He is passionate about his patients and dedicated to making the Mokena area the healthiest in Chicagoland.
Dr. Ben Duke, D.C., referred to as "Dr. Ben" by his patients, received his undergraduate degree at Eastern Illinois University where he received a double minor in Biology and Chemistry and a major in Journalism. At Eastern, he was on an athletic scholarship to play baseball, where he received several honors and awards. Duke was in Pre-Medical studies before he turned his focus to chiropractic.
A Mokena Chiropractor, Duke changed his focus from medicine to chiropractic based on the philosophy and approach to healthcare. “The medical field has a definite place in healthcare; however, for me, I wanted to address the cause of my patients’ problems – not just the effect (sickness and disease),” states Duke.
Duke received his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree at Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, IA where chiropractic was founded. At Palmer, he received academic awards for continued studies in the radiology department. Since graduating, he has been practicing in the Chicago area.
Since taking the role of Mokena’s Chiropractic Director, Duke has built a family-based chiropractic office. “I am committed to everyone I meet, understanding where true health comes from and how chiropractic can help each individual reach extraordinary wellness,” states Duke. Duke has also incorporated his knowledge of sports therapies and orthopedic studies into his practice in Mokena as well.
