A Hyde Park Chiropractor, Dr. Bridget Monaghan, D.C. was raised on a farm outside of Masonville, Iowa, and now resides in Chicago, IL. Monaghan proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Hyde Park.
Monaghan earned her Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Degree from Loras College, a Master's Degree in Education from University of Notre Dame and her Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from Life Chiropractic College West.
A Hyde Park Chiropractor, Monaghan's mission is to empower others to live the lives they want and she looks forward to sharing the healing power of chiropractic with the Hyde Park community.
Monaghan taught science for five years prior to going on to pursue her chiropractic studies and she received numerous awards while in the field of teaching. While pursuing her studies at Life Chiropractic College West, Monaghan was also honored for her efforts in her clinical experience. In her free time, Monaghan enjoys running and yoga.
A humanitarian at heart, Monaghan's charitable efforts include volunteering at S.O.M.E. (So Others Might Eat) center for homelessness in Washington, D.C. and she was an Americorps volunteer while in college. Monaghan taught two years as part of service learning program in Plaquemine, Louisiana and for one year in Santiago, Chile. Monaghan has also participated in Chiro Mission's humanitarian efforts in the Dominican Republic where she joined a team of Chiropractors and volunteers who provided free chiropractic care to villagers and she is a regular volunteer at Chiros Care Free Clinic that brings the healing power of chiropractic to the homeless population of Chicago.
