Dr. Elizabeth Graves, D.C. is originally from Dallas, Texas and she is proud to serve as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Crystal Lake where she currently resides.
A Crystal Lake Chiropractor, Graves learned about the benefits of Chiropractic when she worked as a receptionist at a Chiropractic office and saw for herself how Chiropractic helped with much more than just pain. As a result of their Chiropractic care, she saw patients get off medications, lower their blood pressure, get relief from acid reflux, overcome depression, and kids with ear infections no longer having problems. This experience inspired Graves to become a Chiropractor and it’s her personal mission to change the world by helping families regain and maintain true health.
Dr. Elizabeth Graves, D.C. received her Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) Degree in English Literature from St. Edwards University and she later achieved her Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from Life Chiropractic College West where she graduated Cum Laude. Graves has received continuing education in Pediatrics, CBP, Pettibon, Woggin, and Webster Techniques as well as Scoliosis Correction.
A humanitarian at heart, Graves’ charitable efforts include volunteering at Kids Day America, Maximized Living Hospital in Zimbabwe, and Vision of Hope Orphanage. Graves has also hosted local health seminars.
Graves lives by the credo, “You never know how far reaching something you may think, say or do today will affect the lives of millions tomorrow,” quoting B.J. Palmer.
In her spare time, Graves enjoys cooking, yoga, traveling, reading and water and snow sports. Graves is also passionate about health and wellness and she looks forward to sharing the healing power of Chiropractic with the Crystal Lake community.
