Our Addison Chiropractor, Dr. Maryam Ahsan, D.C., is originally from Manitoba, Canada and now proudly serves as the Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Addison. Ahsan holds a strong commitment and dedication to her patients and helping them discover their full potential. Her goal is to continue to spread the word about how chiropractic works to inspire and help people achieve optimal health.
Ahsan graduated from the University of Winnipeg with honors and a bachelor’s of science degree. After starting on a path towards physical therapy, Ahsan had a personal experience with chiropractic care that greatly affected her life and chose to purse it as her profession. She started her chiropractic training at Life University in Atlanta, Ga. and completed her doctorate of chiropractic degree with highest honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
While a student, Ahsan served on a missionary trip by providing chiropractic care to the citizens of Cochabamba, Bolivia. Ahsan completed a fellowship certification in prenatal/perinatal care and pediatric chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice.
