Dr. Maryam Ahsan, D.C.
Dr. Maryam Ahsan, D.C., an Addison Chiropractor, is originally from Manitoba, Canada. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg with honors and a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Degree. After starting on a path towards physical therapy, Ahsan had a personal experience with chiropractic care that had a huge impact on her life and she chose to pursue it as a profession. She started her chiropractic training at Life University, College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia and completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree with highest honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Maryam Ahsan, D.C. proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Addison.
While a student, Ahsan served on a missionary trip by providing chiropractic care to the citizens of Cochabamba, Bolivia. Ahsan has completed a fellowship certification in prenatal/perinatal care and pediatric chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice. She plans to pursue advanced studies towards a Diploma in Pediatrics.
From her dedication to achieving excellence as a national-level figure skater for 15 years, as an Addison Chiropractor, Ahsan carries that same commitment and dedication to her patients by helping them live and maintain their health at their optimum potential. Her goal is to continue to spread the word about how chiropractic works to inspire and help people achieve health. Outside of work, Ahsan enjoys traveling, sports, fitness, attending theater/performing arts shows, and spending time with her friends.
