Dr. Loyal Nelson, D.C.
Dr. Loyal Nelson, D.C., a West Loop Chiropractor, was born in Japan and grew up in Branson, MO. Nelson currently resides in Chicago, IL and is proud to serve as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of West Loop.
Nelson received his Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry at the University of Missouri and later his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.
A sports enthusiast, Nelson enjoys running, functional training and football. Nelson has been under chiropractic care since he was 16 years old. Having experienced low back pain in high school, Nelson saw his chiropractor regularly and after getting treated, he realized that chiropractic was not just for back pain. All of the problems he had been experiencing including allergies, headaches and digestive problems were much better and through his journey, Nelson realized the true meaning of “health”.
As a West Loop Chiropractor, it is Nelson’s greatest desire to share the meaning of health with others and he looks forward to serving the Chicagoland community.
During chiropractic school, Nelson volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in St. Louis and he lives by the credo, “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile,” quoting Albert Einstein.
