A South Barrington Chiropractor, Dr. Jim Erickson, D.C. was born and raised in Des Plaines, IL and now proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of South Barrington.
Erickson personally experienced the healing power of chiropractic when it helped him resolve lower back pain and shooting pain down his leg and also to overcome life-long allergies.
Dr. Jim Erickson, D.C. earned his Bachelors of Science (B.S.) Degree in Biology at Excelsior College in New York and he also studied for 2 1/2 years to become a Naprapath. Erickson altered his course due to his personal experience with the benefits of chiropractic and being introduced to the chiropractic philosophy. Erickson resigned from Naprapathic school and pursued studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he later obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree, graduating Cum Laude.
As a South Barrington Chiropractor, it is Erickson's mission to help as many families as possible move towards optimal health and he looks forward to educating and serving the South Barrington community.
An outdoor enthusiast, Erickson enjoys hiking, softball, fishing, snowmobiling and skiing.
Erickson's charitable efforts include collecting food and holiday gifts for local food pantries and the Salvation Army.

Chiro One of South Barrington is located on the corner of Rt59 and Higgins (Rt 72) in Poplar Creek strip mall and next to Rookies Pub and Bar.
