Dr. Lindsey Doppler, D.C.
An Old Irving Chiropractor originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, Dr. Lindsey Doppler, D.C. currently lives in Chicago and proudly serves as Chiropractic Director of Chiro One Wellness Center of Irving Park. Doppler believes that, ‘the power that made the body heals the body,’ and she looks forward to sharing the healing power of chiropractic with the Old Irving community.
Dr. Lindsey Doppler, D.C. attended Purdue University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree in General Health Sciences and she continued her studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) degree. Doppler is also a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society of America.
As an Old Irving Chiropractor, Doppler enjoys a variety of hobbies in her spare time including swimming, yoga and running, music and dancing, and spending time with family and friends. Doppler is also interested in Pediatric Chiropractic.
Dr. Lindsey Doppler, D.C. lives by the credo, “Be the change you want to see in the world,” quoting Mahatma Ghandi.
Health care had always been an interest of Dopplers, however, it was her own personal experience that led her on the path to becoming a Chiropractor. Doppler became interested in chiropractic after hearing another Chiropractor’s story and she loved and appreciated it even more after seeing her own health benefits from being a patient. Doppler had been sick her whole life (she saw an MD every month where she received a prescription from age 2 to 22) and she experienced a complete change in her health after getting adjusted regularly. It is Doppler's personal journey to convey the chiropractic message to anyone who will listen and she often considers how her life could have been different if the message of the healing power of chiropractic had been presented to her family when she was a child.
A humanitarian at heart, Doppler traveled to Morocco during her time at Palmer College of Chiropractic to set up a free chiropractic clinic and she is a regular volunteer at Chiros Care Free Clinic in Chicago. Doppler recently traveled to the Dominican Republic where she provided free chiropractic care to villagers and she believes that her mission trips were some of the most amazing experiences of her life. “It really makes you appreciate all that you have and it opens your eyes to the things that people take for granted,” states Doppler.
