I am very happy with the quality of care that Chiro One delivers. Dr. John has set up and led me thru a a highly effective plan that has started to correct several structural flaws with my spine that include 2 cracked vertabrae. I look forward to coming
to the St. Charles practice every week and continuing my path to wellness - Its a great place to take control of your health.

Thanks to everyone at Chiro One, I can honestly say that I have not felt so good for a very long time. Dr. John has helped me understand how to keep my body healthy through diet, and exercise. I have no more tingling in my fingers, no more neck pain, and
I feel great, with much more pep! Thanks to all the staff, you've been a great help!

My 8 year old son, Nicholas and I began treatment just over 2 years ago. In the 2+ years under Chiro One's care, I've made significant strides. I no longer experience any discomfort/pain in my hip, shoulder, and ankle. My posture and range of motion has
improved noticeably. More than 20 years ago, I was rear ended at a very high speed and I suffered neck trauma and injury to my soft tissues around my neck and right shoulder. I wish I knew then, what I know today. Reversing 20 years of damage is significant,
but in just two years I am amazed the success achieved through spinal manipulation and therapy. I am also running several miles a week which was unheard of prior to my treatment at Chiro One. Oh, and did I mention that I don't suffer from seasonal allergies
any longer. Last but not least, my 8 year old son has also benefited greatly under Dr. John's care. He is stronger and his arc of life is beginning to show positive curvature. I have also observed improvements in his focus and concentration. His seasonal allergies
are gone too! Neither one of us have been sick since our treatment. If a cold comes on, one adjustment knocks it out of our system. Dr. John is great. He really cares about the wellbeing of his patients.

Before I started my treatments with Dr. John, I had so much pain in my back that I was doing my grocery shopping in "trips" because I couldn't handle the pain of walking from one side of the store to the other. It was a challenge to make it from the car
to the back wall. At the age of 27 I was using the automatic wheelchairs so I could get what I needed. I had previously had a bad experience with a chiropractor and was terrified of what this Dr. would say or do. Dr. John, Joyce, and Julie put me at ease,
and honestly made me feel comfortable. Something I didn't think would be possible at a a chiropractors office!! I'm a few months in to my treatments now, and I'm SO happy to say that my back pain has gotten better! What a difference...I look forward to the
day I'm pain free! I truly believe that with this team on my side, I'll be able to achieve that goal.

What a wonderful place to come and get my health back! Am feeling better than I have ever felt...and I am 62! Who would have thought? Thanks Dr. John, Julie and Joyce!

Personally I feel everyone here at chiro one in St. Charles has taken great care of me so far. Being a current collegiate football player, the adjustments more than likely have played a key role in my bodies regeneration from several minor injuries. Spraining
my knee and my ankle I haven't had to miss even a practice. I come three times a week from campus and I they are always understanding of my busy school and football schedule. Thank you so much for everything and I can't wait to be operating at 100% with your

I love Chiro One. I am 8 years old and have been coming for one and a half years. I have not had to miss school (which I love too) as much as I did a few years ago. This is a great place to come and color too!!

I have been going to Chiro One for almost two years. I am 11 years old and used to have a lot of problems with my asthma. Since starting to get adjusted I have had a lot fewer problems and don't use my inhaler hardly at all. I love being able to breathe
better!

Doing well and much better . My neck is more flexible . My lower back pain is less. Now I can turn my head a lot easier. Posture is better.

Wonderful! Life Changing! I went to a chiropractor several years ago after being rear ended in my car twice in less than one week (the first one was severe) and in a few other sport related accidents prior and after the rear endings. I ended up moving
away before I was able to heal. I had searched for over almost 2 years to find another doctor in the area and did not find one that I felt comfortable with. When I was working at a Business Expo, I was in the booth next to Dr. John. I wandered over and asked
him a few questions. I was in more pain then, than I was after all the accidents. Everything had accumulated during those two years and progressively gotten worse. I am only 22 years old and I was not able to move my head up, down, left, right. I had to turn
my body to be able to do so. It hurt to do everything; sit stand, lay down, chores, etc. My back was constantly throbbing, shooting pains, pinched nerves, you name it. I was living with migraines on a weekly basis, unable to focus, eat, sleep, or even have
my eyes open. I came in to see Dr. Jon and within the first few days of working with him, I was able to feel relief. It was a turning point. He worked with me step by step making sure I was doing the therapies correctly and always giving me other ideas to
do at home or work when I was not there. Dr. John, Julie and Joyce are all wonderful individuals. They are always positive and upbeat. They create an inviting environment that I would feel comfortable bringing my friends and family too. I have been there for
a few months now and am able to do things I haven’t been able to do in over 5 years. I can go on walks, work out, jog, ride roller coasters, and play with my Goddaughter and best friend’s children. I am getting married in June and am excited to be able to
dance again. :) God led me to Dr. John when I needed it most. Thank you for all you do.

I started going to the chiropractor approximately one year ago because I had terrible headaches and numbing back pain. The first chiropractor I went to did have some success is making me feel better overall, however as my treatment and healing progressed
he stopped being as aggressive with my adjustments and therapies. I started to feel pain again and when I expressed this he didn’t do much to help. I stopped going to the chiropractor all together until ChrioOne did a seminar at my local gym. I was immediately
impressed with the hospitality the staff offered to me. On my first appointment Dr. John greeted me and introduced me into the office. Since I began treatment Dr. John has been very caring and frequently asks how I’m feeling. If I am not feeling well one day
he will be sure to show me different exercises or use a different technique during my adjustment that day. I definitely recommend the St. Charles to anyone who wants to get well.

This is my first time ever attending a chiropractor. I always had a little bit of pain in my back and never thought anything of it, and thought that maybe if i just went to the gym i could work out the pain. After coming the chiropractor and getting the
adjustments done and doing the exercises i have felt much better. I dont have as much pain in my back at work, im getting stronger in my workouts, and im able to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night with pain. I have definitely benifited greatly
after coming to the chiroprator.

The staff at the St. Chales Clinic are very professional and so courteous to their patients. They truly care about the patients care and well being. They truly help promote good health and well being. How Awesome!

I have been receiving regular chiropractic care now for 5 years. And I must say that the experience I receive with the entire staff at this office is the icing on the cake. I always feel so welcome when I am there.
