I am so grateful for the care that my children are getting from Dr. Jason at Chiro One in South Elgin. The entire staff is wonderful and they all go above and beyond to take the best care of my three girls. Thanks so much for all that you do!

I am so impressed with Chiro One and Dr. Jason! I had a lot of problems with my left wrist for over 20 years, as well as pain and a tight feeling in my shoulders and upper back. After only one treatment, my wrist was 90% better, and after a month, my wrist
is doing great, and my upper back and shoulders feel wonderful, too. I love the approach they use...a combination of traditional chiropractic and physical therapy. Everybody there is friendly and professional!

Dr. Jason Brim is an outstanding chiropractor. He genuinely cares about each patient, and has a desire to help everyone reach their full health potential. He communicates clearly and his staff makes the office atmosphere warm and friendly. He makes himself
available for private discussions when personal details need to be shared. Overall, my experience at Chiro One of South Elgin has been fantastic and educational. I highly recommend this clinic, Dr. Jason Brim and his staff.

Dr. Jason and the staff at Chiro One are excellent. Their focus is answering questions and making everyone feel at ease. Dr. Jason has made a very good facility better. His professionalism and knowledge is better than any chiropractor that I have seen
over several years. The treatments I have had at ChiroOne have improved my quality of life. Dr. Jason also helped treat my Bells Palsy paralysis I experienced on October 1, 2011. The treatments restored my nerves better than the steroids that were prescribed.

I have problems when it comes to walking. Distance or longer than 15 minutes causes my legs to get stiff and I get really dizzy. But since coming to Chiro One in South Elgin, I don't use my cane as much, I can walk further distances, and the pain in my
legs isn't so bad as before coming here. The staff makes it easy to make my appointments. I enjoy it so much and recognize the benefits of chiropractic, that my wife is now coming also.

The staff and Dr. Jason at the South Elgin Chiro One Wellness Center have made my chiropractic care something to look forward to in the morning. They are upbeat and confident that they can facilitate positive results in my back treatment. I have recognized
significant improvement in the first three months of care and this is after extensive back surgery. Interestingly, I receive no special treatment. Everyone, at the center is treated special. The assessments are extensive. the questionnaires well thought out,
the treatment targeted. There is really nothing to complain about. The best part is, each person is expected to bring his or her own motivation, energy and desire to heal into the equation. Each person exercises, stretches and follows a detailed course of
treatment both at the center and at home. I really feel a part of my own healing. Thanks, Dr. Jason and the whole Chiro One Team for helping me to take control of my back and giving me pain free days again!

Staff was generous with their time for our initial consultation, but we won't be returning. We did not like the open concept office at all. I also disliked various parts of the presentation content and style. In general, everything seemed rehearsed and
scripted, and I recognized that I was hearing a sales pitch. I felt the script was dumbed down and it insulted me. Examples. Both the tech and Dr. quoted how the effect on your neck is five times the velocity of your car at impact ... later saying "we are
physics doctors, not chemical doctors." No principle of physics supports the 5x velocity claim. Story about 100% of cadavers who were in car wrecks had scar tissue in the neck. What about the cadavers who weren't in car wrecks? Any scar tissue there? People
fall down an average of 1000 times before age 12 or whatever. Smells like BS. The sketch of fetus, crawling infant, toddler, etc. drawn by Dr. was exactly like the one displayed at the front counter. Obviously scripted. Dr. said that diabetes and anemia (circulatory
issues) must be ruled in case of tingling hands, but later said tingling is always of spinal and neural origin. Claims that nervous system is the master control of everything ... what about the endocrine system, etc? Dr. appeared to demonstrate that the length
of my tibia shortened after rubbing back of my skull and my sacrum. This hurt credibility, didn't help. I'm not doubting ALL the claims of chiropractic treatment, but the fast-food sales approach is not helping your cause -- not with me. Sorry.

My kids and I have been patients at the South Elgin Chiro One for over two years. During that time we have been thrilled with the care we received from all of the Chiro One employees. We are ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Although the
clinic is often busy our care is thorough and unhurried. As a mother I appreciate the gentle care given to my children. The South Elgin team is wonderful!
