Never being to a chiropracter I wasn't sure what to expect. Once I had learned what chiro is all about and receiving treatment I feel and and perform better. Not to mention the great personalities at the clinic.

Going to Chiro One of McHenry has been a great experience! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

The office is very friendly. The Chiropractor if very knowlegdable and willing to learn more about chiropractic. The rest of the staff makes me and others feel welcome.

Everyone is very friendly and i can fit it into my busy schedule. The dr. is very responsive and does adjustments accordingly to what i am feeling. I love it here! I feel the best i have in the past 3 years.

The women of the clinic have been a positive force in my health and being. My almost constant migrane headaches have gone away to almost non existing. Blood pressure has dropped and general health has improved greatly. After almost 300 adjustments I could
not imagine not being here during the week.

This has been my first experience with a chiropractor and all has been going well so far and I have been seeing a difference with the way my neck has been feeling. The staff at the office is also very pleasant to be around during my visits.

Although I was reasonably well informed of the potential of chiropractic care, it wasn't until I experienced neck and lower back symptoms related to a fall that I decided to explore chiropractic care. I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience
at this clinic. I believe I have achieved good outcomes related to my initial symptoms and have continued with visits as part of my overall wellness regimen which also includes yoga and meditation practices. The clinic staff are always positive, helpful, and
supportive. Everyone is open to answering questions and offering ideas for incorporating good practices into my everyday life. There is a nice balance I would have to call friendly professionalism. Looking forward to a continued relationship.

I have been very pleased with my progress. I haven't felt this good in a long time and will continue to be a patient as needed. The staff has a way to make you feel comfortable...would recommend Chiro One to my friends and family!

I am very happy with the progress I am making here. The staff here is awesome, friendly, and caring. I came in with neck pain which my doctor had given me steriods for. I did not do well with the steroids. I am no longer in severe pain thanks to the care
I recieve here. I also do not take a bunch of medications. My allergies are more manageable and I have not had any sinus infections since I have been coming. I have been coming here a little over one year. I use to have one to two sinus infections per year.
I would highly recommend coming here.

I look forward to my Mondays here to set me straight for the week. Even though I've been coming for 2 years, I am very active and do a lot of strenuous, physical volunteer work and still need to maintain the progress I've made. The other benefit is that
I haven't been sick with even a cold in the two years! The staff is great and Dr. Pascale is a good listener and keeps coming up with things for me to try at home!

I have had severe problems with my neck for over 4 years, causing acute vertigo, numbness/tingling in my left arm and face and constant pain in my neck, shoulder and ear. I have tried physical therapy, (which made it worse), cortisone injections (which
did nothing) and a disk replacement surgery (which corrected about 90% of my issues.) After the surgery, there were small things that I could not do, like look up for any length of time, sleep on my side, or ride a bike because I would get dizzy. After almost
2 years of being at 90%, I wanted to be 100%. I was at an event and was told to just come in and see what the doctor has to say. No obligation. I was very, very nervous about going, because was afraid that my worse symptoms would come back. However, Dr. Pascale
Nelson, was very well spoken of and highly recommended. So, I thought that I would at least hear her out. Everyone at the McHenry office was very friendly and helped me to relax for the consultation. The Dr. explained everything to me, what was causing my
symptoms and issues. She showed me my x-rays, and my MRI’s, from the surgery (no one had ever shown me the actual pictures before, it was very educational). The Dr. and I talked about the plan for my treatment. After the 2nd adjustment, I went to my mom’s
house to help paint. I told my husband that I would paint he ceiling until I got dizzy, then he would have to finish (which just the week before would have been after about 5 mins). I ended up putting 2 coats on the ceiling by myself. After 3 adjustments,
I am able to sleep on my sides at night without getting dizzy. Since starting just 2 weeks ago, I have been getting the best sleep that I can remember in a long time and feel just over all better. When I go in I feel like I am part of a family and I cannot
wait to see what happens over the next couple of months! Keep up the great work!
